An easy and very rich dish!
Ingredients (2 seats)
1 chicken breast, corn tortillas
biggie (About 8 tortillas)
Salsa Verde (tomatillo, onion, serrano chile, salt, cilantro), sour cream or mayonnaise
cut up lettuce and tomato julienne
Preparation Cook the chicken breast and shredded . In a skillet put a finger and heating oil. Meanwhile, heat tortillas in microwave (3 and 3 to keep cool, this is done so you can easily double it when the flutes), take the bus, put a little chicken inside and roll as a flute, and then put in the pan with hot oil. Brown on all sides, and when ready, put in colander to drain the oil (see picture).
Finally, put the flute in a dish, spread the sour cream or mayonnaise over the flutes, add lettuce and tomato on top, and finally the green sauce.
