As reported in another post, Demi did a Twittaspree where fans asked to Demi on various topics and she responded. In one of these issues, was asked if he was planning a tour for 2011 and our Demi Lovato replied that she definitely thinks so he will. (Even has some countries at this point such as Brazil and Peru)
Demi has not revealed details about a tour, etc. We just have to wait to take their first single and to get more news. One might speculate that the tour will begin from October / November because it would be a fall tour.
