Ingredients - 500 grams of mascarpone cheese
- 500 grams of whipping cream
- Cocoa powder
- 5 yolks
- 160 grams of sugar
- Biscuits savoyardi or
soletilla -
Three cups of coffee - a cup of amaretto or sweet wine
Put the yolks with half the sugar and amaretto in a bowl, prepare a water bath and set the mixture until texture of custard. Once formed the sabayon, whip the cream with half the sugar. Then gradually add the sabayon over the cheese and mix gently. After this operation, incorporating the resulting cream to the whipped cream. Once integrated the three products in one, place the biscuits in a bowl and set the coffee to absorb as much liquid as possible. Finish by adding the mascarpone cheese mousse over biscuits and sprinkle the whole with plenty of cocoa powder.
Cool in the fridge for a couple of hours and enjoy. Dedicated
